Impeach Bybee

Sen. Russ Feingold who has been fairly consistent over the years and one of the more outspoken Senators on the protection of civil liberties and holding the political elite accountable for their crimes hints at the possibility of impeaching torture memo author Jay Bybee, who by some act of God is (gulp) a Federal Appellate Court Judge with a lifetime appointment.
